Fiona Forsythia Model Sheet
This is an original character of mine. I am thinking about making this into a 3D model one day. The model sheet was a lot of work, but it came out good. I drew this on paper first before transferring it first in photoshop to make each of the poses symmetrical for my sketch. I then did the rest of the artwork in Illustrator, where I put the lines, which I changed the volume of to make them taper, colors, tints, & shades all on separate layers. After that, I exported the final image using photoshop.
Starla the Squirrel
This was a commission I did for someone on DeviantArt of their character. It is in a different drawing style than what I do usually for characters, though the way my line work, coloring, and shading is the same as what I do for most of my work. I did the character in illustrator while doing the background in Photoshop.
Fiona the Fairy
This is yet another original character I came up with. I wanted to make an eye catching background while sticking to a single color palette. I also wanted to draw this character in a nice drawing pose.
Kimono Outfits
What I wanted to put attention here is the use of clipping masks and different pattern to draw the kimonos.
Felix Callahan
This is yet another original character of mine. First, I used my Character Base Model I made in blender to come up with the pose. Afterwards, I drew this on paper, then I colored in the bits in coloring pencil on the sketch where the tints & shades went. From there, I used Illustrator to put everything together, from the line work, colors, tints, and shades. After all that is done, I exported the image using Photoshop.
Aaron the Vampire
This is an original character of mine I made for a show a while back. I wanted to come up with a good character design that fits into what he is as well as his personality. I also wanted to demonstrate my skills in color theory as well as pick out a good color pallet for both the character and the background.
The Maxwell Siblings
Here, I wanted to experiment with drawing multiple characters in one drawing complete with dynamic posing. It did take quite a bit.
